Scrambled Eggs with Sausage : Easy Breakfast
Ingredients
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
200 g pork sausages
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
A little salt
A little black pepper
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Steps
1.In a bowl, Crack in the eggs, add in the milk and seasoning with salt and black pepper. Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
2.In a flying pan, heat the cooking oil on medium heat.
3.Once the oil is hot, stir in the sausages and yellow onion for about 3 minutes.
4.Stir in the beaten eggs and mozzarella cheese for about 1 minute.
5.Transter the scrambled eggs onto a toast and serve immediately. ENJOY!
