ഫ്രൂട്ട് സലാഡ്
പാല് -1 ലിറ്റർ
കസ്റ്റാർഡ് പൗഡർ – 2 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
പഞ്ചസാര – 3 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
ഫ്രൂട്ടസ് – മാതളം,സ്‌ട്രോബറി,പൂവൻപഴം,ആപ്പിൾ,ഓറഞ്ച്,മുന്തിരി
നാല് ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ പാലിൽ കസ്റ്റാർഡ് പൗഡർ കലക്കി വയ്ക്കുക.ബാക്കിയുള്ള പാൽ തിളപ്പിക്കുക,പാൽ തിളച്ചു വരുമ്പോൾ കലക്കി വച്ച കസ്റ്റാർഡ് പാലും മിശ്രിതവും പഞ്ചസാരയും ചേർത്ത്,ഒരു സ്പൂൺ കൊണ്ട് ഇളക്കികൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുക,കുറുകി തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ തീ ഓഫ് ചെയ്‌തു ചൂടാറാൻ വയ്ക്കുക.ശേഷം സലാഡ് ബൗളിൽ ആദ്യം ഫ്രൂട്ട്സും പിന്നീട് ചൂടാറിയ കസ്റ്റാർഡ് മിശ്രിതവും ചേർത്ത് ഫ്രിഡ്‌ജിൽ തണുക്കാൻ വയ്ക്കുക.
5-6 മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.
