Most of us are familiar with that delicious, smoky flavour that you get from really good barbecue, but did you know you can achieve that same experience at home, WITHOUT breaking the bank for an expensive smoker? Well, as great as those at-home smokers are, you can make food that is just as smoky and flavourful using your gas grill!
In this video, we’ll show you just how easy it is to temporarily convert your gas grill into a smoker, so you can produce that classic barbecue flavour in just a few short minutes, using only a few cheap items (some of which, you may already have at home)!
Here’s what you’ll need to convert your grill into a smoker:
️Cast-Iron or Stainless-Steel Smoker Box (Optional)
️Aluminium Foil
️Wood Chips (Some great options are Hickory, Mesquite and Applewood but this is up to you!)
️Fork
️Bowl of Water (Optional)
