Ingredients
3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups oats pls use large oats and not the small oat flakes otherwise your cups will be mushy after baking
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
Place banana in a bowl and mash until smooth. Add the oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanill and mix. Place a couple spoonfuls of the mixture in each muffin cup and shape the mixture into a cup with your fingers. Pop those in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. After 20 min remove, and pop out each cup with a knife or if you are using cupcake liners thats perfect as well. Fill your cups with yogurt, fruit, and nut butters.
