Grilled Pork Recipe with a great marinade
Ingredients
500 g Pork loin or chops, 2 slices
Pork Marinade ingredients: this marinade can also be used to marinade chicken
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp grain mustard
1 tsp garlic powder or grated fresh garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika or substitute regular paprika add 1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
