We can still make a fancy dessert in a very affordable ingredients
40 plain cookies (I used Marie brand)
3 whole eggs
3 1/2 cups of fresh milk
1 cup granulated sugar
In a blender, mix all the ingredients at a time until well-blended.
In a pan caramelized the sugar & spread in a round baking pan under your batter mixture. Place on top of the other baking pan & put water in it for steaming. Steam for 1hr. 15mins.
let it cool, rest in the fridge for atleast 3 hrs or overnight. Serve it with your fave hot drinks.
