Great price! Bought as gift. Item seems sturdy enough and “assembly” was just inserting the handles and removing the protective blue film. Dont let kids horseplay around it as one can theoretically knock it over.
Make sure to use it on a level surface. Excellent grill for making skewer kebabs. Cant wait to use it again.
everything is great about this Manghal grill, except for one point. it doesn’t have a removable plate to remove the ashes, and make cleaning a little bit tricky.

Product came as expected. For the money I don’t expect super thick metal. It was well protected with. Plastic covering on the sheet metal, but I will have to let it burn off the stuck pieces under the rivers and in the bends of the metal.
Grill is a little thin, but I bought it to do kebabs on so I probably won’t use them as much. It is light weight and easy to handle. I think you need to start your coals in a separate chimney before dumping them into this grill.
Not sure how many super hot startups it could take over time. But overall I am happy with the grill.
I purchased this grill to cook up Persian koobideh kabobs. Its not made from particularly heavy steel, but it serves my needs, although it does sit a bit low.
It would be a good idea to purchase some expanded sheet metal to help the bottom grates hold the coals off the flat bottom of the grill. When coals drop through the grates, the heat discolors, and oxidizes the bottom.
